Choosing a country in an export strategy
Currently, we have no more than four countries that we consider to have great potential in contributing to the promotion and sales of products from Indonesia, ranging from small to medium-scale businesses.
Each country will be reviewed using the SWOT method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). We hope this method will provide direction for producers who are planning to enter global trade.
However, we remain open to discussions to provide more accurate feedback to producers.
